Pure electrolyte drink without sugar, contains common electrolytes include sodium, chloride, potassium, magnesium and calcium. In addition it provides 70 mg of phosphorus. Electrolytes are essential for controlling your fluid balance, regulating your blood pressure, helping your muscles contract, maintaining the correct acidity of your blood. Electrolyte water may be beneficial if you’re at risk for quick losses of minerals in following cases: you’re exercising for more than one hour, or sweat heavily during exercise, or ill with vomiting or diarrhea, or will be exposed to heat for longer periods. Try first to add 1/2 scoop to 8 fl oz of water, may be it will be enough for you.
