Solgar vitamins are the best!

It is my third order. Before I tried a lot of vitamins, but Solgar vitamins are the best. Before I had a lot of problems with my health. But after Solgar vitamins, I haven't been to a doctor for more than 3 years. As for Nails, skin, and hair Solgar, I have thin hair. 5 years ago I tried To do keratin on my hair, but hair specialist made a mistake and burned my hair. Honestly great, i forgot that blackheads exist while i was using it, but it might make everything worse if you stopped using it , i had severe breakouts that are so hard to deal with, so i wouldn’t really recommend it , there’s many and more ways to have great hair, skin and nails . This is a shortcut though... But still i wouldn’t really repurchase

Good for me. I like that it works as additional nutrition support. My nails are very soft so it helps a lot with it. They are not strong but harder than usual. Hair is more manageable. Also very useful in winter time. I split dosage out for AM and PM due to Zinc causing a bit discomfort in my stomach and I feel nausea.
