I was starting to have issues with circulation in my lower legs and they were causing me pain..so a friend suggested I start taking beets which I can’t stand the taste of..so I looked for them In a capsule..and after about a week on taking this product,I started noticing my legs weren’t hurting near as bad..I was getting knots in my veins it was that bad..and after continues of taking these the lumps went away and the pain went away all together..I ran out of and figured I’d be ok for a few days..and it seems like nope I need to stay on these all the time because within 2 days of being without them my legs started hurting again. My wife has been taking this instead of BP prescription with the suggestion of a doctor (along with other good suggested supplements)....so far, she has replaced (a low dose) prescription med with this (and the other supplements). Nitric oxide (NO) also helps other areas of our life 😁
This product alters your mood
I don't know if it's the high levels of Vit B complex Vitamins, especially Vit B12 (more than 8000% of the DRD) but I really started to feel my mood getting for the worst especially taking it every day, the 4 pills maximum dosis. I take some times the prostate beet-root complex and never felt this. Vit B12 is usually recommended to uplift spirits in low depressive states as it can increase serotonin levels but I think maybe the amount here is too much and drives your mood in a downard spiral. It may be from some other compound like the red ginseng or just the whole concotion. I had to stop taking it and now feel perfectly neutral and Ok again. Otherwise, it really works in allowing you to keep your stamina for a long time doing sports which was the main reason I bought it. I won't buy it again and will keep taking the prostate with beet root instead of this one. A bit disappointed as I was really enjoying the physical stamina enhancement.
