For the busy person who wants a healthy quick meal
I love this meal replacement so much! I can make it in 15 seconds and drink it in 3 minutes. It’s the only mea shake that I actually enjoy the taste (I’m not having to tolerate it, I really crave it!). I keep unsweetened almond milk on hand but it does take just as well with water. I often am on the go getting my four kids to school. I can drink this super fast on the school run and am not hungry again for 3 hours. It also includes probiotics and the nutrients I need to have energy throughout the day. Garden of Life is a high reputable brand and I trust their products completely.Okay
2 scoops is a huge amount of powder. I have to take one scoop and then another later on. The taste is sweet and a nice vanilla but the texture is pretty gritty. Once it is shaken drink it as fast as possible. Since this is plant protein if it gets left to be drunk over 10 minutes it turns in to a glue like goopy thick mess and the taste ofdried pea and musty plants come out. It's plant protein so you cannot expect the smoothness from a whey shake.
