Good… but take them with good.

Good multivitamin. They’re very big, a little difficult to swallow and have a salty taste/smell but it’s not bad, just salty. They’re good. I don’t know if they gave me more energy, but I could tell the difference when I didn’t took them, they gave me a healthy rosy cheeks look. I would repurchase. ***Note: Take them with food!!! I had the wonderful idea of taking it in the afternoon when my last meal had been hours ago and i threw up cornflakes... not pretty.
