Honey Mustard Dressing
This recipe calls for only four ingredients that make a winning combination for honey mustard lovers.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup honey or packed pitted Medjool dates
- 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
- 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
- 3 Tbs. avocado oil or olive oil
Instructions:
- Place the honey or dates, mustard and lemon juice in a food processor and blend on high until thoroughly combined.
- With the blender running, slowly stream in the oil until ingredients are fully blended.
- Pour as generously as desired on salad greens or use as a dip and enjoy.
Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing
This easy vinaigrette dressing recipe can enhance any lunchtime salad.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 Tbs. fresh lemon or lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard, optional
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Combine all the ingredients except the oil in a medium-sized bowl.
- Add oil slowly while whisking vigorously, or use an immersion blender to help emulsify the vinaigrette.
- Shake well before using.
- Pour onto the salad and enjoy.
Paleo-Friendly Ranch Dressing

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup of paleo mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbs. fresh parsley, finely chopped (or 1 tsp. dried parsley)
- 1 tsp. fresh dill, finely chopped (or 1/2 tsp. dried dill)
- 1 Tbs. fresh chives, finely chopped (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine coconut milk, mayonnaise, onion powder, salt, and pepper with a fork in a small bowl.
- Gently stir in garlic and herbs.
- Pour on top of the salad or use as a dip and enjoy.
